This letter is to notify you of the Beta Zeta Association of Theta Xi Annual Meeting, to be held at 11:00am (CDT) on the morning of Saturday, April 24th, 2010 at the Theta Xi house. Your participation and input is very important. We hope to see you there. If you will be unable to attend, please return your proxy, as we must have a minimum number of votes present, in person or by proxy, to constitute a quorum. The membership of the Association is composed of all active and alumni brothers of the chapter who are in good standing. Each member is entitled by the By-Laws of the organization to one vote on all matters presented for decision at the meeting. We will be voting on changes to our association's constitution and by-laws. In the event that you will be unable to attend in person, the By-laws allow you to cast your vote by proxy. If that is your wish, please complete this form and return it by mail OR assign your proxy via the Association’s web site at www.bzonline.org/proxy.php .
